TENANTS
We are here to help
There is nothing we love more than meeting with potential tenants and assisting you in finding exactly the right property you can call home! By carefully listening to you at the first phone call or enquiry we can really get a good insight to the reasons for your move and exactly what your specific requirements and criteria are.
Are you looking for something specific?
It may be that you are looking for something that is just not ‘out there’ or you can’t seem to find the property that ticks all those important boxes. Don’t worry, we are updating our properties all the time on both Rightmove and our website and often know of properties that are due to come to the market soon that may just well fit your requirements. It’s always worth just giving us a call and leaving your details so we can stay in touch.
Letting a property with us
We specialise in letting properties from a six month AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) basis and will strive to assist in finding you the right home for your circumstances, however our services are not limited to finding you a suitable property. We offer you guidance and advise on the lettings process so you are informed every step of the way and here to answer any questions you may have before you make that commitment.
