ON TENANCIES PRIOR TO 1ST JUNE 2019:

If you an existing tenant that entered a Tenancy Agreement before 1 June 2019, your landlord or agent will still be able to charge fees up until 31 May 2020, but only where these are required under an existing tenancy agreement.

At the end of the tenancy any tenants who have been renting one of our managed properties will require a check-out. To cover the cost there is a fee payable by the tenant(s) prior to the commencement of the tenancy.
