We wanted to update you on our position regarding COVID – 19 and minimizing the spread. We are continuing to follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully.
To assist in combatting the spread we are maintaining frequent hand washing and asking for an elbow pump rather than a hand-shake at appointments. We ask that, if you have been out of the country in the last 2 weeks or have been around anyone that has in the last 2 weeks, you inform us prior to any appointments or visits that may be booked.
We always strive to offer and, indeed, deliver the best possible service to both our landlords and tenants. We will continue with business as usual whilst we continually monitor the situation and adhere to updated advice.
While we haven’t yet noticed our business being affected, we do ask for your support and understanding in any decisions we may have to make regarding the cancellation of appointments and delayed contractor visits. We have to acknowledge the fact that contractors may choose or be required to isolate themselves and that this may impact the levels of service and response times that we can arrange. Similarly, we are making contingency plans should our team or their families be required to self-isolate. We will keep you up to date.
