Call us or email your enquiry through either Rightmove or our website property listings with your preferred property. At this point we can offer further information and gauge your individual situation.
Book a viewing at a time that is convenient to you during office hours. If a property is currently tenanted we may need to confirm following checking in with the current tenants.
Once you decide you have found the right property, we will ask you to confirm via email and we will put your information forward to the landlord for approval.
Once approved we will ask all applicants to come to the office with a copy of your Right to Rent documentation, this can be a in many forms but most commonly either a Passport, Drivers Licence and Birth Certificate or Residence Permit and all parties contact details. We also request a holding deposit is paid which is 1 weeks’ rent.
We submit your referencing through ‘VOUCH’ our referencing company, where you will be prompted by text and email to complete as promptly as possible.
On completion of satisfactory references we will arrange an appointment for you to come to our office to sign the tenancy agreement and make payment of your first months rent and security deposit (capped at 5 weeks’ rent).
Once all funds are cleared and the arranged move in date comes, your keys and move in documentation will be ready for collection.
