We’re now in our second week of lockdown and we’re all adapting to a new way of life. For many of us, we are juggling working from home with homeschooling and keeping fit whilst trying to keep out of the fridge and maintain a sense of humour and as much normality as we can in our homes.

It’s important that we keep abreast of news and the impact of how the Coronavirus pandemic affects our industry, properties, and investments so that we can continue to fulfil our responsibilities as property agents, landlords, tenants, and contractors.

We continue to take our guidance from ARLA Propertymark who work on our behalf demanding that the Government understand our sector and provide direction to help us follow best practice during the uncertainty.
